5 bold predictions for the Saints vs. Raiders matchup in Week 2

The New Orleans Saints and Las Vegas Raiders will prepare for a Week 2 matchup as undefeated teams who both scored 34 points in their first game. They both picked up wins in their first game in very different ways.

Let’s begin with the Saints who took down the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The quarterback matchup of Drew Brees and Tom Brady was nationally televised and highly anticipated around the nation.

After falling behind 7-0, the Saints took full control of this game and did so on both sides of the ball. The defense picked off Brady twice with one going for a touchdown. It was a 34-23 victory for New Orleans and it put the league on notice of the Saints once again.

In Carolina, the Raiders and Panthers went back and forth. This was an exciting game full of points and big plays. The Raiders trailed after the first quarter but turned the corner in the middle of the game. They held a 27-15 lead but allowed 15 unanswered points to the Panthers. Las Vegas was able to score in the fourth quarter to seal their victory.
