Chiefs: 4 moves Kansas City should still try to make before the season

1. Trade for Ahkello Witherspoon

This is a big season for Witherspoon as he tries to cement a reputation for himself but will he have a chance in San Francisco? If they look to move him, the Chiefs should be first in line.

Kendall Fuller left in free agency for Washington. This leaves the cornerback position very thin for the Chiefs. Tyrann Mathieu is the leader in the secondary at the strong safety position.

Rashad Fenton and Charvarius Ward will be responsible with the cornerback duties on the outside. This is not ideal for the Chiefs. 

This is a make-or-break season for Witherspoon and a change of scenery might not be bad for him. This would benefit both sides if they were able to make a trade with the 49ers.
