Colts: 3 dream trade targets for the 2020 NFL season

If the Colts wanted to make a dream addition for their defense, acquiring a superstar cornerback would be ideal. They have had issues covering star wide receivers for quite some time, but Jalen Ramsey would help fix that.

Ramsey is just 25 years old and has plenty of time playing at an elite level left. He was traded to the Rams from the Jacksonville Jaguars in the middle of the 2019 season. Following the trade, Ramsey played in nine games with the Rams and racked up 33 total tackles, one forced fumble, one interception, and four defended passes.

Adding him to the secondary would make the Colts very difficult to pass against. They have some talent in the secondary in Malik Hooker, Rock Ya-Sin, Kenny Moore II, and even Xavier Rhodes. Ramsey would be the missing piece that takes the team’s defense to the next level.
