Colts: 3 dream trade targets for the 2020 NFL season

Akiem Hicks, Bears

Akiem Hicks, Defensive Tackle, Chicago Bears

Rounding out this list, the Colts could use some beef in the middle of their defensive line. Akiem Hicks would be the perfect target for Indianapolis to help plug up the middle of their defense to shut down the run.

Standing in at 6-foot-4 and over 350 pounds, Hicks is an intimidating presence on the line. He has been a massive impact player for the Bears, although he missed a huge part of the 2019 season due to injury. Back in 2018, however, he racked up 55 tackles, 7.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and five defended passes.

Ballard would be sitting pretty with Hicks and Buckner as new additions to the defensive line. Chicago will have very little interest in trading Hicks, but this would be a dream addition for the Colts that would fill one of their only needs.
