Parris Campbell, Wide Receiver

Next up, the Colts are hoping for some development from wide receiver Parris Campbell. He was taken with the No. 59 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. Campbell showed flashes in his rookie season, but there is a ton of work for him to do.

When everything was said and done last season, Campbell caught 18 passes for 127 yards and a touchdown. Those numbers need to rise in 2020.

Philip Rivers is a massive upgrade from Jacoby Brissett. He will help make the receivers better around him and Campbell could very well end up being one of his favorite targets. Campbell is a legitimate burner and will give Rivers the kind of deep threat that he loves to utilize.

T.Y. Hilton is one of the better wide receivers in the NFL, but the Colts need options around him. Michael Pittman Jr. was drafted this year and should be a great weapon, but Campbell is the X-Factor. If he can take the next step, he will have a big season and the Indianapolis offense will be lethal.
