When it comes to offensive production in the NFL during the 2023 season, the Miami Dolphins are running circles around the rest of the league. The Dolphins are currently leading the league in virtually every offensive category, as they are first in passing yards, rushing yards, passing touchdowns and rushing touchdowns.

Slowing down this unit has proven to be virtually impossible as they have put together the perfect game plan for the personnel they have. With speed for days, opposing defenses struggle to keep up with them.

The player atop that speed list is wide receiver Tyreek Hill. The Dolphins star has taken his game to another level on South Beach after being traded from the Kansas City Chiefs, cementing his status as one of the most impactful players in the NFL.

Last season, his first with the Dolphins, Hill set career-highs with 119 receptions for 1,710 yards, adding seven touchdowns. This season, he is off to another torrid start, making some history in the process.

On Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, Hill caught six passes for 163 yards and a touchdown. It is already the fourth time this season he has surpassed the 150-yard mark, making him the first player with four such performances in a six-game stretch of the season.

Hill had 181 yards against the New York Giants in Week 5, 157 against the Denver Broncos in Week 3 during the Dolphins historic 70-point game and 215 in Week 1 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Already with six touchdowns on the season as well, the dynamic pass catcher is looking at a season for the ages.

During the summer, he set a lofty goal of surpassing the 2,000-yard receiving mark in the 2023 season. That would break the all-time record held by Calvin Johnson, who set it in 2012 with the Detroit Lions, recording 1,964 yards.

Johnson averaged 122.8 yards per game that season, and Hill is on pace to shatter those numbers. He is averaging 135.7 yards per game through Week 6, putting him on track for 2,307 yards if he keeps this up and plays in all 17 regular season games.
