Tight Ends
Darren Waller was a preseason sleeper last year. Then he delivered 90 catches (on 117 targets) for 1,145 yards and three touchdowns, on his way to being a top-5 fantasy tight end across all formats.
Even with some target and catch regression to come, Waller isn’t going away as a prominent target for Carr. Three touchdowns is ripe for some correction, especially when two came in one game. And the third score came in the next contest.
Waller is in line to be a top-10 fantasy end in 2020. Just don’t expect a repeat of last year’s 90 catches and 1,100 yards.
Jason Witten came back from the broadcast booth last year, and delivered a respectable season for the Cowboys (63 receptions for 529 yards, 4 TD). In full PPR, he finished as TE11. As Waller’s backup now, there’s not much to see here without an injury.
Foster Moreau had five touchdowns on 21 catches as a rookie last year, before a knee injury ended his season early. He is interesting depth for the Raiders, but off the fantasy radar right now.
