Los Angeles Chargers: 3 Best Individual Performances in Week 13 Win over Steelers

1. Desmond King

Charles LeClaire — USA TODAY Sports

Desmond King is slowly developing into one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL and last night, he proved just how deadly he can be in other areas of the game as well. While he did a great job of holding Ben Roethlisberger’s second target JuJu Smith-Schuster to a mediocre night with just 49 yards on six catches, he was a tackling machine, leading his team with 10 on the night.

King also showed off his skills in the return game as he took his only punt return of the night 73 yards to the house. His return was what set off the team’s 18-point fourth quarter and tied the game up at 23.
