More Interceptions Are In Store For Fitz Magic

Going up against the New England secondary is a scary task for any quarterback, but Fitzpatrick showed just how far he is from being up to the task. Tossing three interceptions on Sunday put his team out of the game before they even had a chance. Unfortunately for Miami, expect more of the same from Fitzpatrick against the Bills.

Knowing that he must produce at an insanely high level this year to keep his starting job, Fitzpatrick might look to try some riskier passes. He knows that he has to go high risk high reward or Tua will end up replacing him. A few more passes that don’t bring back the reward though are destined to follow this line of play. Fitzpatrick will throw at least two more picks on Sunday.

This Will Be Ryan Fitzpatrick’s Last Game as a Starter for Miami

With three interceptions already and two more predicted ones, Fitzpatrick will have five interceptions through the first two games. That will be enough in Miami to pull the plug and give Tua the chance to take the reigns. Miami selected Tua to take over the starting job and become the franchise guy, and the Dolphins will want to see him as much as possible to evaluate that. Tua will see his first bit of game action late in this one.
