Cleveland Browns
It’s well-documented that the Cleveland Browns have the most cap space remaining this offseason, with $37.2 million still at their disposal. That gives them more than enough money to target someone like Jadeveon Clowney — or Markus Golden.
Of course, the Browns understand that there is no rule that states they have to utilize all of their cap space. Still, if they could land Golden on an affordable one-year deal, Cleveland should definitely consider making the move.
While the Browns don’t have a 3-4 base defense — what Golden thrived in a a season ago — he would still be a welcomed addition to the defense. A pass-rushing unit of Myles Garrett, Olivier Vernon, Adrian Clayborn, and Golden would be lethal against opposing offenses.
