4. Washington Redskins
The Redskins did little to bolster their wide receiver group this offseason, so it’s 2019 rookie sensation Terry McLaurin and a bet that someone else (Steven Sims, Antonio Gandy-Golden) will emerge as a secondary option for Dwayne Haskins. But it was apparently not for lack of effort, with a push to get Amari Cooper before he re-signed with the Dallas Cowboys.
With the overall caveat that the salary cap will drop next year in the wake of a season without fans in stadiums, Washington will still be able to spend in free agency if they want to. If they wanted Cooper this offseason, there will be a strong case to pursue Robinson (who might be a better player) next March.
