Patriots: 3 numbers for WR N’Keal Harry to target in 2020

500 Yards

Believe it or not, the Patriots had an 1,000 yard receiver last season. With the way most pundits talk about how brutal New England’s offense was last season, you’d think none of their receivers even eclipsed 500 yards. Truth be told, other than Edelman who went for over 1,000 yards, no other receiver on the team went over 500.

Running back James White went over 500 yards, but the next closest receiver was Phillip Dorsett, who only totaled 397 yards through the air. Harry didn’t even come close, barely even getting over 100 yards on the season.

500 yards is not a far fetched benchmark to set, and Harry is more than capable of reaching that total this season. The Patriots offense and their emphasis on timing patterns can be a difficult adjustment for rookie pass catchers.

With a full training camp of work this time around, Harry has the opportunity to cement himself as one of the primary options for Stidham in the passing game, making the 500 yard goal very achievable.
