Terry McLaurin finishes with 1,300+ receiving yards
Last but not least, we get to speak about the player that’s drawn the most buzz for the Redskins. As a third-round selection out of Ohio State, McLaurin was arguably the best rookie wide receiver in the NFL in 2019. Despite having three different quarterbacks, McLaurin finished with 58 receptions, 919 yards, and seven touchdowns.
Furthermore, McLaurin would post a 115.9 QB rating when targeted (10th best in the NFL among WRs). In addition to that, he boasted a contested-catch percentage of 60 percent (fifth-best among WRs). Those numbers will absolutely make him a popular target for Haskins in 2020.
With Washington likely playing from behind in most games, McLaurin should be extremely productive again next season. So much so, the second-year wideout will contribute 1,300+ receiving yards in 2020. Just as an illustration, only three wide receivers finished with over 1,300 yards in 2019.
