Win the Super Bowl

With the way the Seattle Seahawks’ financial outlook appears to be concerning in the long-term, it’s crucial they make the most of their immediate window to win. It’s difficult to keep a talented team intact and that could especially be the case for them.

There is a possibility the NFL’s league-wide salary cap could drop substantially and that would pose problems for any team. That seems very likely considering nothing changed with stadium occupancy restrictions due to Covid-19 concerns.

The Jamal Adams trade depleted some of the Seahawks’ prime draft selections in addition to the potential salary cap drop. There won’t be quite as many avenues for Seattle to improve their roster without making the most of what they do have available to them.

Failing to come away from the 2020 season with a Super Bowl victory would be disappointing when considering the circumstances. They will be facing their best chance to accomplish this and with Russell Wilson at the height of his game, it could be considered a failure not to get it done.
