Giants: Secondary CB

With the way the off-field legal troubles regarding DeAndre Baker has unfolded, the New York Giants may be in need of adding a starting-caliber corner opposite of James Bradberry. The focus should be on replacing Baker at this point.

Despite prior character concerns, the Giants selected Baker in the first-round of the 2019 NFL Draft. This position was already a significant need for New York heading into the offseason but the situation involving Baker makes it significantly worse.

Being tasked with abruptly needing to address a position in May after many free agents have signed with new teams is not necessarily working from a circumstance of strength, to say the least.

Luckily for the Giants, Logan Ryan is still available and waiting for a team to match his asking price. They should look to make a major run at him to pair with Bradberry and put their cornerback concerns to rest.
