One of the more intriguing free agency storylines this year was what will happen with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. The electrifying wide receiver ended up missing the entire 2022 season, recovering from an ACL tear that he suffered during Super Bowl 56 playing with the Los Angeles Rams.

Odell Beckham Jr. was cleared in November to return to the field and took a few free agent visits afterward. The Dallas CowboysBuffalo Bills and New York Giants all hosted him on free agent visits.

The Cowboys looked to get the closest to making a deal with him, but weren’t confident that he would be able to help the team until deep in the playoffs. As a result, they opted to go in a different direction, signing T.Y. Hilton.

Despite that hiccup, Dallas still remains interested in signing Odell Beckham Jr. But, they are not alone in their pursuit of him. According to Jordan Schultz of The Score, the Baltimore Ravens and Kansas City Chiefs are both showing interest in signing him.

The Ravens should leave no stone unturned seeking wide receiver help. They have done Lamar Jackson a disservice with how little they have committed to the position during his tenure with the team. Adding Odell Beckham Jr. would provide the team with a legitimate No. 1 option, health permitting, to pair with Rashod Bateman, who has also been hampered by injuries.

The Chiefs have lost wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster in free agency this offseason and Mecole Hardman looks to be on his way out as well. Adding a player of Odell Beckham Jr.’s caliber to an offense led by Patrick Mahomes would certainly be a handful for opponents to deal with.

Another team to keep an eye on that wasn’t mentioned by Schutlz is the New York Jets. Odell Beckham Jr. is reportedly one of the players that Aaron Rodgers, who is expecting to play for the Jets this upcoming season, would like the team to acquire.

What it will likely come down to is money. Odell Beckham Jr. is reportedly seeking a deal that will pay him between $15-20 million; not only are the teams that can accommodate that number limited, but no team is going to be willing to pay that much to someone who missed the entire 2022 season.
