3 players the Steelers could target at No. 49 in the 2020 NFL Draft

The Pittsburgh Steelers are coming off of their second consecutive season of missing the postseason in 2019. Nevertheless, with Ben Roethlisberger returning from injury next season, the Steelers believe they can revert back to being a playoff team in 2020.

Before the Steelers embark on their journey to a hopeful playoff run, they still have areas on the roster that need to be addressed. Despite having only 5 draft picks, it is crucial that Pittsburgh has a successful 2020 NFL Draft.

By having just five picks, Pittsburgh has to use their picks wisely, selecting players at positions of need. The Steelers’ most notable needs include interior offensive line, offensive tackle, interior defensive line, wide receiver, and an edge rusher.

Even though the defense performed well in 2019, Pittsburgh’s most glaring needs might be located on the defensive side of the ball. With that being said, here are three players the Steelers could target with the No. 49 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
