The Denver Broncos’ 2019 campaign showed improvements from the year prior but by in large they still finished the season with an underwhelming performance, posting a 7-9 record.

Denver entered last season with Joe Flacco under center but a mixture of injuries and lack of production insinuated it was time for a change. By the end of 2019 season, the team turned to their second-round pick, Drew Lock. The former Missouri quarterback started just five games, resulting in four victories throughout his small sample size.

After an aggressive offseason, the Broncos have retooled the foundation of their roster as all signs indicate they could be in line for an improved win total in 2020.

With that being said, here’s why the Broncos Broncos have the pieces to improve their win total in 2020.
