Fantasy Football: Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Recommendations for Week 4

Week 3 of the NFL regular season is now completed, leaving 14 weeks of football left before the post-season. Let’s get right into Week 4’s start’ems and sit ’ems. Let’s take a look at some nice performances from Week 3 first.

Patrick Mahomes continued his hot start to the season, throwing for 256 yards and four touchdowns in Week 3. Mahomes has now begun the season with 13 touchdowns and zero interceptions (Most touchdowns thrown in first three games in NFL history).

Drew Brees led the NFL in scoring in Week 3, with 40.5 points. Brees threw for 396 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also ran for two scores, making it 20 career rushing touchdowns. What a legend.

Calvin Ridley was the surprise play of Week 3, going for 40.5 fantasy points as well. Ridley is the second WR in the Atlanta Falcons offense, behind Julio Jones. He caught 7 passes for 146 yards and three touchdowns.

Michael Thomas continued his historic start to the year, with 10 receptions for 129 yards. That makes it 38 catches on 40 targets through three weeks. He is on a mission to smash NFL receiving records this year.

Those were the performances that stood out in Week 3 in the NFL. Now it’s on to Week 4, where hopefully we get some more noteworthy outings. I make my picks based on PPR (points per reception) scoring.

My picks can be used in season long fantasy or DFS (daily fantasy sports), whichever floats your boat. Enough talking, this is who I like in Week 4 at each position.
