Looking ahead at the upcoming 2020 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys are in need of adding some much needed young talent. Jerry Jones and company have done an excellent job of drafting over the last few years. They need to continue that trend this time around in an NFL Draft that will be very strange due to the coronavirus.

Currently, the Cowboys will be on the clock with the No. 17 overall pick in the first round. While they should find an impact player with that pick, the No. 51 pick will be just as important.

Mike McCarthy is set to begin a new era of football for the Cowboys. With Jason Garrett no longer running things, a lot will change. Change is exactly what Dallas needed after their late-season collapse in 2019.

There are quite a few directions the Cowboys could look to go with the No. 51 overall pick. Mostly, they will need to target help in their secondary, offensive line, and possibly a wide receiver to replace Randall Cobb.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three perfect targets for the Cowboys in the second round at No. 51.
