3 reasons the Raiders should draft Oklahoma WR CeeDee Lamb

2. The Raiders Desperately Need More Weapons

As we have previously mentioned, the Raiders are in major need of more weapons on the offensive side of the ball. Derek Carr’s future with the franchise may be in doubt a bit, but he didn’t have great targets in 2019.

Tyrell Williams showed the potential to be a No. 1 target, but defenses were able to hone in on him. Darren Waller has superstar tight end potential, but again, defenses were able to focus on shutting him down. Add in running back Josh Jacobs, and the foundation is there for a lethal offense.

Lamb would give the Raiders a player who can take the top off of a defense. He is fast, can run great routes, has top-notch athleticism, and good hands. Oakland would be wise to bring him on board if he’s there at No. 12.
