The Baltimore Ravens suffered yet another disappointing end to their season in 2020 and have had a relatively disappointing offseason as well. After swinging big on free agency wide receivers and missing, the Ravens are going to be an interesting team to watch again in 2021. Lamar Jackson will once again be the main driving force of the offense.

Unfortunately, the Ravens were unable to bring in a legitimate No. 1 weapon for Jackson. Their big wide receiver signing was Sammy Watkins. That is a big drop-off from the targets they had of Allen Robinson, Kenny Golladay, and T.Y. Hilton, but hopefully he can make an impact.

Last season with the Ravens, Jackson put together another solid year. He competed 64.4 percent of his pass attempts for 2,757 yards, 26 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. Jackson also racked up 1,005 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground.

Those numbers were not the super impressive stats that Jackson put up during his MVP season. But, they were good and he is still one of the top elite quarterbacks in the NFL.

All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three super early predictions for Lamar Jackson in 2021.

3. Leads The Ravens To The AFC Championship Game

One of the biggest goals for the Ravens this season will be making a deeper run in the playoffs than they have over the last couple of years. They have suffered very disappointing losses in the playoffs in each of the last two years. This season, however, will be a different story for Lamar Jackson and company.

When everything is said and done, Jackson will lead the Ravens to the AFC Championship Game. They could go farther, but will have to win that big game in order to do so. Simply making that run would be a big-time improvement for the franchise.

2. Lamar Jackson Will Throw For 3,500 Yards

So far in his NFL career, Jackson has a season high of 3,127 passing yards. He will best that this season for the Ravens and will rack up at least 3,500 passing yards. That number will show major improvement from the fourth-year quarterback.

Jackson has received a ton of criticism over the last few years about his arm accuracy and consistency. He has proven that his legs are elite, but he still needs to prove his arm to his doubters. By racking up a career-high in passing yardage in 2021, he will get a solid start on doing just that.

1. Another 1,000 Yards And 10 Rushing Touchdowns

Finally, even with his improved passing statistics, Lamar Jackson will continue being a massive threat on the ground. He has wreaked havoc on opposing defenses with his legs throughout his first three seasons. Jackson has recorded 2,906 rushing yards to go along with 19 rushing touchdowns.

In 2021, Jackson will continue his impressive rushing totals. He will rack up another 1,000-yard season on the ground and will also score a career-high 10 touchdowns with his legs. That will help him compete for the MVP award once again.
