Would Help Win the NFC West

In order to win the NFC West next season, it’s crucial the Seattle Seahawks can find every way they can to get an edge over the San Francisco 49ers in head-to-head matchups. Even if it requires some risk by signing a player like Antonio Brown.

The Seahawks already fared well against the 49ers last season. Seattle won the first meeting between the two teams with 27-24 being the final score in overtime. They narrowly came up short in the second meeting as they lost 26-21 in that particular game.

Defeating the 49ers in both meetings in 2020 is the best way the Seahawks can ensure a division title. Seattle had an opportunity to take the top spot in the NFC West last season had they won their final meeting with San Francisco.
