4. Stanford Samuels III, Cornerback, Florida State

Standing in at 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds, Stanford Samuels III is a big body who has the potential to develop into a lethal cover cornerback. He has not received much hype and is currently projected to be drafted between the third and fifth rounds.

Carolina should have some interest in taking a chance on this guy. Samuels put together a solid season in 2019 for the Seminoles, racking up 60 total tackles, two interceptions, and seven defended passes. There is a ton of room for him to grow, but the sky is the limit.

The Panthers need to take big swings on raw talent. Samuels has more than enough raw talent to make a third or fourth round pick worth it.
