1. What’s the deal with Marshon Lattimore?

Lattimore has been inconsistent throughout his career. He has shined in some big spots but has also disappeared and gotten beat in bigger spots. He is a cornerback who draws No. 1 receivers, but that was not the case on Sunday night.

Forget about Week 1 against Mike Evans. The Bucs clearly used Evans as a decoy as he was dealing with an injury. The Packers did not have Davante Adams in Week 3, which means Lattimore was matched up with Allen Lazard. He was able to get deep many times and make some big plays. Lazard finished with 146 yards and a touchdown. That is not what you expect from a lockdown cornerback.

The Saints need Lattimore to perform well. The secondary has underachieved so far and Lattimore is a big reason why. If this turns around, the defense as a whole will take a step forward.

After Week 3, it remains a huge question mark.
