4 major X-Factors to watch from the Buccaneers vs. Saints matchup in Week 1

The start of the 2020 NFL season is rapidly approaching and the matchups certainly will not disappoint. Among the top of the list will be the NFC South showdown between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints.

Many of the matchups between the Buccaneers and Saints have been highly entertaining. Both teams have managed to put up big numbers offensively with Tampa Bay even managing to steal a win every now and then.

Now, Jameis Winston is on the opposite sideline and won’t see the field much in 2019, unless there were an unfortunate injury to Drew Brees. The Buccaneers will instead be led by Tom Brady in the starting quarterback role.

Both the Buccaneers and Saints will be vying to compete for a Super Bowl victory in 2020. Managing to win the NFC South will be crucial in achieving such a goal and head-to-head matchups hold added importance for that reason.
