Momentum From First Win Will Build 

Often times teams start to feel the momentum of their season. If a team is going through a winning streak there is a lot more energy in the locker room and on the sidelines.

The same is true for a team that is losing. Especially a team that earned a loss and a tie against two teams that are projected to be bottom five teams in the NFL. That can start to wear on the players, and there were times that it was clear the players were struggling.

The best way to get out of that funk is by earning a win. Oftentimes any win will do, but when that win comes against a team that won the NFC last year a great deal of confidence can be injected into the team. This is not a bad team or a squad that should just start looking towards next year.

This is a team that still has all of their goals ahead of them, and with some new-found momentum, they could be a force to be reckoned with.
