More Sacks & QB Pressures Than Anyone in 2019

The New York Giants are entering this year with a top hope of finding out more about their hopeful franchise quarterback, Daniel Jones. Jones will look to avoid a Mayfield like drop in his second year and show good signs of progress and chemistry with his team.

Jones is going to have a hard time finding any kind of progress in this first game of 2020 though because the Steelers will be in his face all night.

In 2019 the Steelers were the best team in the league when it comes to putting pressure on the quarterback, leading the league in both sacks and total quarterback hits. This makes it difficult for any quarterback to gain traction in a game, but it is especially difficult for a young quarterback.

Jones is going to get hit a lot in this game and that will not bode well for him being able to make the plays necessary to win it. The constant pressure put up by the Steelers will have no answers as New York struggles to move the ball.
