4. Brycen Hopkins, Purdue
First up on the list, let’s take a minute to talk about Purdue tight end Brycen Hopkins. Very rarely is a Purdue offensive player talked about throughout the NFL Draft process. Hopkins is starting to change that.
Pittsburgh needs to find a tight end with good speed, size, and athleticism. Hopkins fits all of those needs. He caught 61 passes for 830 yards and seven touchdowns with the Boilermakers last season.
Those numbers show the kind of potential that Hopkins would bring to the Steelers. At 6-foot-5 and 245 pounds, he would be a handful for opposing defenses to defend.
