First Half Will Be Low-Scoring

Being that the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Rams didn’t have a chance to play any preseason games, the first half of this game could be low-scoring. In fact, the bold prediction here is the combined score of the first half will be 17 points.

This game will see the Cowboys have the lead at halftime, but most likely by a 10-7 score, with Dak Prescott having one of the aforementioned four touchdown passes.

All of this said, the Rams aren’t going to be a pushover, as this is where on defense Aaron Donald will do most of his damage to the Cowboys offense, that being a sack and tackle for loss in the first half.

It is going to be tough for teams for be running on all cylinders in the first half of most Week 1 games, so don’t be surprised here if that is the case on Sunday Night Football as well.
