Tannehill-Brown Connection Goes Off
The foundation of the Titans’ offense begins with Derrick Henry in the backfield, and that’s no secret after his breakout season. The Broncos will have to take additional measures in order to keep the All-Pro running back in check, opening up passing opportunities.
The Broncos will not be able to get to the quarterback nearly as well as they normally would in Week 1. Denver will not have Bradley Chubb at 100-percent and will be without Von Miller altogether.
Without having to account for a dynamic pass rush duo, the Titans will be able to get comfortable in play-action situations. That will be a real problem for the Broncos because Tennessee absolutely thrives off these sequences with Ryan Tannehill connecting with A.J. Brown.
One of the more underrated quarterback-receiver duos in the NFL will each have big performances against the Broncos. Don’t be surprised if Tannehill finishes with around 300 yards and 3 touchdowns while Brown racks up over 125 yards with a couple of scoring grabs.
