2. Jalen Hurts Takes Home MVP Award

Jalen Hurts made huge strides in his second full season as the starter. He finished second in the MVP voting despite missing two games because of injury. If he had been healthy, that award may have gone to him.

In 2023, Hurts will take home the hardware. He will win his first MVP award, building upon what he was able to accomplish last season. All of the career highs that he set in 2022 will be reset this year as he will surpass the 4,000-yard passing mark and throw for at least 30 touchdowns.

Don’t forget the damage that Hurts can do with his legs. He will cut back on his rushing attempts this season in an effort to keep him healthy, but will still record at least 500 rushing yards. He will rush for eight touchdowns, setting a new career-high in total scores as well.

1. Back-To-Back NFC Champs

The Eagles steamrolled through their schedule last season, finishing 14-3, which was tied for the best record in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs. Those same Chiefs are the team that defeated Philadelphia in the Super Bowl to end the season.

This year will be much of the same as the Eagles are going to find a ton of success once again. They will run through their schedule, winning at least 13 games and taking home the NFC East crown once again.

The road to the Super Bowl will run through Philadelphia and they will take full advantage of it. This time, they will not be tripped up by their AFC foe, as the Eagles will win the second Super Bowl in franchise history.
