Antonio Brown: 5 logical landing spots if he gets cleared to play

One of the few teams that have been directly connected to Antonio Brown at some point this offseason is the Seattle Seahawks. It was reported when Brown was ‘ramping up workouts’ ahead of NFL training camps in addition to Russell Wilson wanting his team to sign him.

Using free agency, the Seahawks added Phillip Dorsett to be their No. 3 receiver behind Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf. Through five seasons, Dorsett has provided underwhelming results to both the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots.

It takes a lot of firepower on offense to overwhelm an elite defense, like the one the 49ers field. It’s especially helpful to have problems that pose legitimate matchup problems that force the opposition to have to adjust Antonio Brown matches that description.

The Seahawks have arguably the best quarterback not named Patrick Mahomes in the NFL and it’s important to capitalize on that while he’s at the top of his game. Sometimes taking the next step as a team can require some risky choices like bringing a player like Brown.
