Philadelphia Eagles

There may not have been a team with a more problematic wide receiver situation in 2019 than the Philadelphia Eagles. The team’s two leading targets were sidelined often due to injury while Nelson Algholor continued to struggle with holding onto passes thrown his way.

In an effort to address this issue, the Eagles used a first-round selection in the 2020 NFL Draft to take former TCU standout Jalen Reagor. He has great speed and intriguing big play potential but adding an intriguing prospect isn’t enough to solve the whole position group.

It’s difficult to count on DeSean Jackson to stay healthy at this stage in his career and is coming off a season-ending injury. On top of that, Alshon Jeffery appeared in just 10 games provided the Eagles with underachieving results with his future in Philadelphia nearing its likely end.

The foundation is already building for the Eagle to have an intriguing passing attack between Zack Ertz at tight end, Miles Sanders in the backfield, and now Reagor. Taking a risk by signing Antonio Brown would at least give Philadelphia a chance to field a more dynamic passing attack.
