Make or Break Season in 2020

With three opportunities to prove that he can be a quality starting quarterback in the NFL, it’s apparent that Mitchell Trubisky doesn’t have the chops. He will need to turn things around in a major way in 2020 in order to prove otherwise.

Whether it’s his lack of field vision or risk-averse tendencies, he is clearly not a franchise quarterback that deserves a long-term opportunity in the NFL.

With the addition of former Super Bowl MVP quarterback Nick Foles and Trubisky’s inabilities, the now four-year professional may not even receive another opportunity to start a season opener for the Chicago Bears.

It’s safe to say that Trubisky has disappointed the organization and it’s fans and is likely nearing the end of his rocky relationship with the Chicago Bears.
