Become more involved in the passing game
When watching Chubb in the backfield for the Browns, there aren’t many weaknesses to his game. He’s able to run through defenders when need be and also possesses more elusiveness in the open field than people give him credit for.
Again, just a season ago, Chubb was fantastic running the ball, notching 1,494 yards and eight scores. However, as a receiver, Chubb could benefit from becoming more involved in Cleveland’s aerial attack.
Throughout his first two seasons with the Browns, Chubb has reeled in 56 receptions for 427 yards and two touchdowns through the air. Although it’s partly due to Cleveland’s offensive gameplan, Chubb would take the next step in his career if he were to become more of weapon as a receiving threat next season.
