The addition of Jadeveon Clowney would take the defense to the next level and energize the entire team in many ways.

Yes, Carson Wentz was hurt early in the wild card round against Seattle. Even if they got by the Seahawks, it is unlikely that they would have gotten by Green Bay in the divisional round and very hard to imagine a scenario where they would have bested San Francisco. Adding a player like Clowney would immediately take the Eagles to the level of Super Bowl contender.
