WRs to start in Week 4

Texans’ Will Fuller (vs. Vikings): During the Houston Texans’ Week 2 bout with the Baltimore Ravens, Will Fuller suffered another injury scare. Luckily, Fuller would be able to avoid missing time, and he finished as the go-to guy for Deshaun Watson in Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In the two games he’s been healthy in, Fuller has combined for 15 targets, 12 receptions, 166 yards, and a touchdown. His ability to stretch the field could prove to cause fits for the Minnesota Vikings, who have given up 12.1 yards per reception this season (seventh-most in the NFL).

Dolphins’ Devante Parker (vs. Seahawks): As good as the Seattle Seahawks have looked offensively so far this season, their defense has been absolutely dreadful. The Seahawks have given up a whopping 1,319 passing yards in the first three weeks, with 1,136 of those yards being funneled to WRs (both are most in the NFL).

While the Dolphins are an inferior team to Seattle, they are going to be throwing a ton with Fitzpatrick at the helm, giving Devante Parker an opportunity to thrive in Week 4. Parker has combined for 28.2 points in the past two weeks and could have his best performance of the season versus Seattle’s porous secondary.

Ravens’ Marquise Brown (vs. Washington): As previously mentioned, Ravens are coming off of an embarrassing loss to the Chiefs in Week 3. After being blown out on Monday Night Football, Lamar Jackson and Baltimore’s offense is going to be playing with a bit more motivation in Week 4.

For Marquise Brown, it is shaping up to be a huge week for the second-year wideout as he figures to draw Ronald Darby in coverage more often than not against Washington. Darby has an aDOT of 24.2 yards when he’s being targeted (highest in the NFL) and he has allowed 151 air yards (seventh-most in the NFL).

Other WRs to consider in Week 4: Browns’ Odell Beckham Jr. (vs. Cowboys), Packers’ Allen Lazard (vs. Falcons), 49ers’ Brandon Aiyuk (vs. Eagles), Raiders’ Hunter Renfrow (vs. Bills)

WRs to sit in Week 4

Colts’ T.Y. Hilton (vs. Bears): Seeing that Rivers could falter against the Bears in Week 4, it’s tough to trust his pass-catching options as well. Even though T.Y. Hilton is the best wide receiver for the Colts, he’s been relatively quiet to begin the season, failing to exceed 10 fantasy points in each of the first three weeks.

Giants’ Darius Slayton (vs. Rams): After posting an impressive 28.2 fantasy points in Week 1, Darius Slayton has notched only 6.3 points in back-to-back weeks for the New York Giants. There’s no doubt that Slayton is the go-to deep threat for Daniel Jones and the Giants.

Sadly, Slayton could be limited in the number of targets he receives if he draws the coverage of Jalen Ramsey in Week 4. Ramsey held Stefon Diggs to four receptions for 49 yards and one touchdown after allowing zero receptions in Week 3 versus the Philadelphia Eagles.
