Fantasy Football: Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Recommendations for Week 7

USA TODAY Sports

RBs to Start in Week 7

Cardinals’ David Johnson (vs. Broncos): David Johnson has been sadly disappointing this season. It’s not his fault, he just isn’t getting a high-volume of touches. This week, he could be in for his best performance as he faces the Denver Broncos. The Broncos have allowed back-to-back 200+ yard rushers.

Bengals’ Joe Mixon (vs. Chiefs): With his limited availability, Joe Mixon has been very efficient. Mixon has started in just four games this year, scoring 18+ points in three of those. This week, he squares off against the Chiefs who have allowed 36.7 points per game to opposing RBs this year.

Other RBs I Like: Broncos’ Phillip Lindsay (vs. Cardinals), Falcons’ Ito Smith (vs. Giants), Browns’ Carlos Hyde (vs. Buccaneers)

RBs to Sit in Week 7

Jets’ Isaiah Crowell (vs. Vikings): Isaiah Crowell seems to be the ultimate, boom-or-bust option at RB this season. Crowell has scored 19 or more points three times this season, scoring seven or fewer points in the other three weeks. This week he faces the Minnesota Vikings who have allowed just one rushing touchdown this season.

Texans’ Lamar Miller (vs. Jaguars): Lamar Miller is arguably the biggest let down this season. Miller has scored just once this year. He is currently scoring fewer points than Mike Davis. The difference is, Davis has 32 less touches and is the backup RB in Seattle. Miller is unplayable until he vastly improves.
