When it comes to fantasy football, it has become more and more popular for people to wait until the later rounds to select a quarterback. Could that make Matthew Stafford a valuable late-round target in fantasy football drafts for the upcoming season?

Lamar Jackson was being taken later in fantasy drafts last year, even going undrafted in some of them. The second-year quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens would finish the 2019 season as the highest-scoring quarterback in fantasy football.

On the other hand, Stafford was on a torrid pace with the Detroit Lions before suffering a season-ending back injury in 2019. As he continues to recover from his back injury, Stafford is poised to have a bounce-back year next season.
