Aaron Rodgers Is Still the Best quarterback in the Game Today

If there was any doubt about just how good Aaron Rodgers is heading into Week 1, he settled those issues. After a slow start and a knee injury that many thought to be serious, Rodgers returned in the second half and put on a show.

When everything was said and done, Rodgers ended up completing 20 of his 30 passes for 286 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions.

Those numbers even with the obvious discomfort in Rodgers’ knee proved that he is still the best NFL quarterback in the game right now. Without Rodgers, the Packers were a team that was prepared to be blown out. DeShone Kizer turned the football over twice and the Bears’ lead ballooned to 17-0.

Rodgers made unbelievable throws one right after the other. Green Bay’s offense finally got back to showing why they are one of the most feared units with Rodgers leading the way. If that continues moving forward, the Packers are going to be tough to beat.
