Indianapolis Colts: 3 Bold Predictions for Andrew Luck in 2018

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

He Makes His Fourth Pro Bowl Appearance

My second bold prediction for Luck is that he will be selected to his fourth Pro Bowl this season. Luck made the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons but has yet to return since then.

The key to Luck returning to the level of play he had when he was selected to the Pro Bowl is his health. The two seasons he didn’t make it he was banged up. He only played in seven games during the 2015 season and returned to play in 15 games in 2016, but he played through each game with a torn shoulder labrum.

Luck is finally healthy and it will result in his play returning to the level it once was. Luck’s skills will only be enhanced in the new system and tight end Eric Ebron will be a huge boost for him. Ebron is a massive target who lines up as a tight end, in the slot, and out wide. Luck will have plenty of targets with the speedy Hilton getting behind the defense, Doyle underneath, and Ebron up the seams.

Luck will return to the Pro Bowl in 2018 alongside his fellow teammates T.Y. Hilton and Jack Doyle.
