Justin Herbert was expected to be one of the first players taken in the 2019 NFL Draft. He made the surprising decision to forgo the draft and return for his senior season at Oregon. Here we are one year later and Herbert is once again expected to be a top draft pick.

Herbert improved in every passing statistic from junior to senior year. He threw for 3,471 yards with 32 touchdowns and just six interceptions. He completed 66.8% of his passes. A late season loss to Arizona State derailed the Ducks CFB Playoff hopes, but Herbert will still go out as a winner. Oregon ran over Utah 37-15 in the Pac-12 Championship Game. They proceeded to grab a come from behind victory over Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl.
