The top priority for the Miami Dolphins should be to add dynamic talents to surround Tua Tagovailoa with when he takes over the starting quarterback role. It’s unclear when exactly that will take place but spending aggressively to add a player of Alvin Kamara’s caliber next offseason would help.

After trading Kenyan Drake to the Arizona Cardinals mid-season, the running back position is back on the list for the Dolphins to address long-term. As things currently stand, Miami lacks a legitimate lead back between Jordan Howard and Matt Breida.

Having a strong running game is a great way to simplify things at the NFL level for a young quarterback. Additionally, having a talented running back like Kamara that can make big plays in space as a check-down option adds a whole additional dimension into the mix..
