4. Miami Dolphins

The future in Miami is bright. The Dolphins have a ton of cap space. They drafted a quarterback who, if he can stay healthy, was one of the most talented prospects in recent years. Miami also has more to work with than they are given credit for. After another season with multiple first-round and second-round picks, bringing in a star receiver like Keenan Allen could be just what Miami needs to make a playoff push.

Devante Parker had a breakout season last year with Miami. However, this season Parker is likely to draw more attention. Having another star receiver will make it so neither Parker nor Allen face double coverage. Signing Allen in free agency means Miami could focus on rebuilding their offensive line in the draft. With all these assets at his disposal, Tagovailoa would be able to max out his potential.

Allen would fit perfectly with the Dolphins offense. Tua is an athletic QB that could buy time for his receivers to get open deep down the field. Devante Parker is a great compliment to Allen, however Allen would likely still be the primary target. If the Dolphins draft well and Allen signs with Miami, the Dolphins could be an immediate playoff threat and a future Super Bowl contender.
