Tampa Bay Buccaneers: O.J. Howard
This is an option that has been talked about for a long time now. O.J. Howard is a player that the Buccaneers feel good about but he has not taken that next step. In 2019, he finished with 34 catches for 359 yards and one touchdown in 14 games, all starts.
Howard and Cameron Brate have made up a good, not great, tight end duo in Tampa Bay. With the addition of Brady, the Bucs decided to go all out and sign Rob Gronkowski out of retirement.
This is in addition to two 1,000 yard receivers from a season ago in Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. With Gronkowski under contract, the Buccaneers could choose to trade away one of their tight ends, with Howard almost certainly netting the most value in a potential deal.
Howard would be the logical choice because he would require the biggest return. Names like Washington and Dallas have been thrown around as possible destinations for the former Alabama Crimson Tide member.
