NFL: Predicting the 2020 stats for each QB in the AFC North

Joe Burrow, Bengals, NFL Draft

Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Perhaps the most difficult to project in all of the AFC North is the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Joe Burrow. His rookie campaign with the Cincinnati Bengals will be the most widely anticipated for a quarterback in some time, since perhaps Andrew Luck.

A team doesn’t land the No. 1 pick by accident so Burrow will have his work cut out for himself as a rookie. Every matchup with the AFC North will be a real challenge considering the matchup problems those defenses pose for the Bengals.

Burrow does have some intriguing targets like Tyler Boyd and A.J. Green to work with in addition to having Joe Mixon at running back. However, it’s not enough to start taking over the NFL, especially when considering how long Green has been sidelined.

Something to consider, Burrow is already 23-years-old and is just under a month older than reigning MVP Lamar Jackson. He should be expected to hit the ground running and be ready for the NFL level

2020 Prediction for Joe Burrow: 3,825 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 13 interceptions.
