Even the Arizona Cardinals will be watched carefully after acquiring DeAndre Hopkins in a trade.

This is a division that has two elite level teams. All four could be ready to contend at the same time in the near future. There is still plenty of time before the regular season is set to begin. This gives teams in the division time to make a big splash on the trading block if they feel the need.
