The Minnesota Vikings finally put an end to the Stefon Diggs-era after another wave of using Twitter to voice his frustration with the organization. Now, he faces his first season with the Buffalo Bills.
It has been a legitimate need for the Bills to land a No. 1 receiver to help their offense take the next step. Buffalo clearly has belief in Diggs’ ability to fill that role and provide a necessary presence as a deep-threat and general playmaker to set the tone for the unit.
If Diggs is able to meet the Bills’ expectations, it’s difficult to envision Josh Allen not experiencing clear progress in his development. The 2020 NFL season will be his third year in the league and it’s crucial he displays that kind of progress.
The final season of Diggs’ tenure with the Vikings featured totals of 63 receptions, 1,130 yards, and six touchdowns. There was a real peak mid-season where he was putting together incredible results but a couple of valleys in production that displayed inconsistency.
With that being said, let’s take a look at predictions for Bills receiver Stefon Diggs in 2020.
