2. Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles were the winner of the NFC East last year even though they only had nine wins on the season. A big reason they had a lower record than they were hoping for was the number of injuries the team had. At the wide receiver position the team was decimated, and so just having everyone healthy should provide some immediate support to quarterback, Carson Wentz.

Carson Wentz has continued to improve throughout his career and has a chance to put it all together this season. He has done well many years in the regular season but has yet to complete a playoff game due to injury.

Philadelphia will be counting on him to stay healthy and continue playing at a high level. With new addition Jalen Reagor, wide receiver out of TCU, Wentz will have the most weapons he has had in a long time.

The Eagles are playoff contenders and could be a very strong team this year. Continuing the dance Dallas and Philadelphia have had the last four years though, it is not the year for Philadelphia to win. While they are a contender and dangerous team, Dallas did more in the offseason to make them the favorites to win the NFC East.
